KEAN Project Managers specialize in meeting expected capital project outcomes. We engage in effective communication and tactful control to bring critical capital projects in on time and on budget. Subsequent to successful completion of the Project Development phase, our Project Manager calibrates initial project assumptions to the needs of the facility, the economics behind the implementation and expectations for the capital performance.

KEAN Project Managers will flow into the work place, coordinate prioritization of interdepartmental needs and develop the critical path of the project effectively.
